Loren R. King, CPA, MBA, is the Controller at Phage Biotechnology Corporation. From November 2004 to September 2008 Mr. King served as VP, Corporate Controller for Phage. He has over twenty years of finance and accounting experience. His background ranges from development stage to medium size growth companies. His work includes staging for IPO’s, managing all aspects of SEC and management financial reporting, operational manufacturing, and international operations. Loren King is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Management Accountant, and has a Masters Degree in Finance.
